Supply Chain & Ecommerce
Digital Transformation: Supply Chain & Ecommerce
A global manufacturer needed SAP connected to their Hybris ecommerce platform across both B2C and B2B scenarios — covering order creation, shipment confirmations, inventory status, invoicing, and EDI trading partner integrations. Aidant delivered a full-stack implementation using DI.Platform built on Microsoft BizTalk, consolidating multiple silo'd integration points into a single governed architecture with real-time order tracking, automated notifications, and self-service visibility for business and CSR teams.
- System uptime increased to over 98%
- IT Support tickets decreased by 70%
- SAP & Hybris B2C and B2B integration
- Full Order-to-Cash lifecycle management
Health Insurance
Self-Service HIPAA EDI Tracking: Health Insurance Provider
A leading health insurance provider had stable middleware handling inbound/outbound EDI mapping and routing — but business teams still couldn't answer basic operational questions without involving IT: Did we receive the HIPAA file, and from which sender? Was it processed successfully? Which receiver party did we send it to? 997/999 acknowledgement reconciliation was non-existent. TrackEDI was deployed on the client's AWS environment as a self-service visibility layer that complemented existing middleware — enabling operations teams to search, trace, and report on HIPAA EDI transactions in real time across claims, eligibility, and remittance flows without opening IT incidents.
- Reduced IT dependency for transaction tracking by 90%+
- Real-time visibility across claims, eligibility, and remittance (835/837/270/271)
- Self-service document search and 997/999 reconciliation without IT tickets
- Architecture fit: TrackEDI layered over existing middleware — no disruption to routing
Computer Software / Non-Profit
SAP Integration With BizTalk Server: Non-Profit Org
The largest software company serving non-profit organizations — 5,000+ associates, 40,000 customers in 60+ countries — needed SAP connected to external partners and customers via web services, with a previous BizTalk implementation left incomplete. Aidant redesigned the solution using Content-Based Routing and a canonical mapping pattern, enabling the client to scale web service requests to new trading partners with minimal development and no new deployment. Document tracking, error handling, and a visibility dashboard were delivered as part of the implementation.
- 5,000+ associate organization, 40,000 customers in 60+ countries
- Content-Based Routing for generic web service request handling
- Scale to new trading partners with no new BizTalk deployment
- Document tracking, error handling framework, and visibility dashboard

The scope also included moving toward a more scalable SOA architecture and harmonizing external and internal data integration patterns across the enterprise. Aidant delivered the webMethods migration solution, DI.Platform implementation for EDI and trading partner management, and program management services across the full engagement.
