Out-of-the-box data handling functionality provided by DI.Platform including 3rd party resolution, Implement DI.Platform data validation, acknowledgements, data routing, map execution engine. Create a centralized view of all data within the DI.Platform, including 3PL, B2B Partners and Hybris Data Hub. Implement SAP Adapter built with SAP .NET provider library available from SAP Marketplace. Create Direct Integration Layer Asynchronous IDOC to/from SAP, Synchronous RFC and BAPI integration to/from SAP. Data Translation/Mapping transforms data to/from SAP and Hybris (IDOC, CSV, XML). Transforms data to/from SAP to support EDI and 3PL integrations. Deliver Full Stack Microsoft BizTalk Server handles all communications protocols (SAP, Web Services, AS2, SFTP). Implementation hosts maps and orchestrations to support design patterns governed by DI.Platform. Consolidation minimizing hardware and licensing costs. Import Message Types: Import all IDOC, BAPI, RFC and Hybris Data Hub message types into DI.Platform data dictionary. Manage Life Cycle Transactions: Data visibility, tracking of transactions and life cycle management of every transaction via DI.Portal. Implement Notification Services: Allow users to self-subscribe and manage any type of alerts (email, text, etc) via DI.Platform. Create Structured Data Warehouse: Enabled analytics of all data flowing through systems integrated in DI.Platform.
The Outcomes
Streamlined Product Information Management (PIM) by using Product Content Management (PCM) to consolidate master data. Achieved complete Pricing & Data Management integration. All B2C & B2B pricing and SKU management were simplified and made available by integrating the systems of record (ERP/LOB) with the PIM/POS systems. Order to Cash Management drove revenue cycle efficiencies. Standardized integration patterns and self-service options enabled the fast introduction of new revenue sources to the market quickly while enabling higher margins for existing revenue-generating data streams. Order Tracking and Tracing was baked into the enterprise architecture to support non-technical users and customers enabling on-demand updates. Intelligent notification layer was made available for internal technical & business users as well as external partners & customers (rule-driven alerts on configured events). Leveraged all the modern-day communications methods (emails, text, instant messengers, portal update etc.). On-boarding of trading partners and new processes, deployments and changes to existing production systems were streamlined and simplified. B2C and B2B integrations were made possible with greater visibility. Operational expenses and IT Team dependency were minimized providing high visibility and pro-active notification services were extended to all CSR’s and business users. Discovered other silo'd processes and consolidated to DI.Platform. Empowered business teams.
